MDW Capital celebrates its 100th deal completion in under eight years

MDW Capital is pleased to announce the successful completion of its 100th transaction. The Firm has advised William Blythe (“WB”), a global leader in the development and manufacture of specialty inorganic chemicals and a portfolio company of H2 Equity Partners, in raising debt facilities to support WB’s combination with US based speciality chemicals company Metals and Additives LLC (“MAC”).
The combination creates a unique, international platform focused on regulated and mission-critical applications, with leading positions in flame retardants and smoke suppressants. Together, the business has significant scale with revenues of over $160 million, generated approximately 50% from North America, 30% from Europe and 20% from APAC.
